Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Non-Returnable Items: Abayas are non-returnable unless they are damaged or have a manufacturing fault. We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or style preferences.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your abaya is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchange: We do not offer exchanges for abayas unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
